User Agreement
Parties
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the user and Turk Paneli, the site at turkpaneli.com (“Site”). The Agreement becomes effective upon the user’s electronic acceptance and will remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Agreement.
Subject and Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the general terms of use, general rules, and legal responsibilities of the parties for any services received from Turk Paneli. The Agreement must be read before membership and use of the Site, and the Site should not be used if the terms do not align with the user's intent. By registering on the Site, filling out the form with personal information, or using the Site, the user is deemed to have accepted the written terms. Turk Paneli reserves the right to change, recreate, or cease publication of any type of service, product information, usage conditions, or content on the Site without prior notice. All changes to the Agreement will come into effect on the date of publication on the Site. Turk Paneli provides online services only and delivers services instantaneously (without shipping). Services not completed for any reason will be completed within a minimum of 30 days with information provided to the user. If not completed, the service will be canceled and a refund will be provided. Refunds cannot be provided in other cases. User rights under the Consumer Protection Law are reserved as appropriate.
General Use
Services provided by Turk Paneli and the Site are subject to fees unless otherwise stated. User access to the Site may be restricted under legal obligations or in the following cases; Turk Paneli reserves its legal rights for those who:
- Record false, irregular, incomplete, or misleading information and content that does not comply with general moral principles or violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- Copy any part or all of the Site’s content.
- Share user information such as usernames and passwords with third parties (including use of the system by others) and is directly responsible for any resulting damages. Users cannot use other individuals' identification information, email addresses, IP addresses, or access and use other users' personal information. Otherwise, the user accepts all legal and penal liabilities.
- Use, attempt to use, or engage in actions that threaten the security of the Site, disrupt its operation, or compromise its integrity. Turk Paneli and the Site accept no responsibility for accounts closing due to such actions.
Use
Turk Paneli owns and legally protects the corporate identity, appearance, content, domain name, brand name, logo, and other materials related to the Site. These materials cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any way. Any such actions will result in legal and penal liability, and Turk Paneli reserves all rights under applicable laws.
Responsibilities
Users and visitors may not engage in actions that block or hinder the use of Turk Paneli and the Site, forcefully use automatic programs, or attempt fraud. Users agree that their membership will be terminated and they accept all legal and penal liabilities for any violations. It is recommended to back up messages sent through Turk Paneli and the Site to prevent any potential issues. Turk Paneli and the Site are not responsible for the loss, deletion, or damage of message content. Account deletion or membership cancellation requests must be made by the user through a support request. Users who make such requests accept the loss of access to the Site. Turk Paneli and the Site may decide not to delete records of users who request deletion. Users cannot make any claims or requests for compensation regarding deleted accounts. Turk Paneli and the Site have the right to contact users for communication, marketing, notifications, and other purposes through all communication channels provided during registration, unless otherwise stated in writing. By accepting this Agreement, users consent to such communication activities. Additionally, Turk Paneli and the Site may establish different rules and obligations for specific services, and users who use these services are deemed to have accepted them in advance. Turk Paneli and the Site reserve all rights under relevant legislation. Deviations may result in legal and penal liabilities.
Service Continuity
Turk Paneli and the Site may unilaterally make changes to the Agreement without notice to ensure service continuity and have the right to stop, change, or cancel the service or its content at any time and without reason. These changes will take effect from the moment they are published and will be updated on this page with the date, and may be communicated to users via email or SMS if deemed necessary. Turk Paneli and the Site's responsibility towards the user ceases immediately without notice upon the occurrence of any termination reasons.
Privacy
The information of users visiting Turk Paneli and the Site may be monitored to provide better service. Transactions made by users through Turk Paneli and the Site are kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Orders placed by users are shared with service providers. However, if requested by official government institutions, records may be provided to government officials. Credit card information required on the payment page is not stored by Turk Paneli and the Site or the service providers' servers to ensure the highest level of security for users making deposits. Therefore, payment transactions occur between your computer or phone and the bank, online payment systems via the Turk Paneli and Site interface. Users can access and modify the information they enter into the system, but other users cannot access or modify this information.
Refund Policy
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements once the service has commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends. Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted after the order has been entered into the system. If an order is not completed or only partially completed, the system will automatically process a refund. As the payment made cannot be refunded, it can only be used for services available on Turk Paneli and the Site. Turk Paneli and the Site do not guarantee the permanence of likes, followers, views, or other services, and do not accept responsibility for refunds if the service provider does not compensate for drops. Users have no right to complain or make claims after drops occur. For issues such as account privacy or username changes during the order, no refunds will be made by Turk Paneli unless the service provider provides a refund. If it is agreed and confirmed that a refund will be made, Turk Paneli will process the refund into the bank POS system on the 5th business day (Friday), and the refund may reflect in the account within 3-7 business days.
